Frequently Asked Questions

You probably have a few questions before you trust me with your flowers. I
completely understand!

Have a read through my FAQs or email me at [insert email] with your specific questions,
and I’ll do my best to put your mind at ease

I’m located in Northern Ireland, but preserve flowers from across the UK and Ireland.

It’s easy! Once booked, I’ll send out a detailed step-by-step guide on how to get your flowers to me.

As soon after your event as you can! The sooner they’re dried after the day, the better they’ll look in your product.

No! I also work with memorial flowers/personal keepsakes (such as wedding invitations/jewellery/etc.)

No! I can work with fresh flowers, pre-dried flowers, or synthetic blooms. I can also add in extra items into the resin pieces – feel free to ask more about this.

I have a list of flowers which work best in resin, send me a message and I would be happy to send this. Just remember that the more colourful your bouquet is, the better it will look. If you opt for white flowers, I highly recommend asking your florist for loads of different textures and foliage

Unfortunately not – I’m unable to send them back to you safely alongside your resin products, as they’ll get damaged in transit.

It depends on the product! Some will fit only small blooms, others 1-2 large blooms, and large blocks can fit most of your bouquet. Have a
look at this guide for more info.

I use a high quality UV resistant resin for all of my products, but unfortunately, all resin products will eventually yellow over time – even quicker when in direct sunlight – though I will provide you with care instructions to minimise the effect.

I’ll post them back to you in protective packaging, so they arrive in the best condition. Shipping is included in the price.

The process takes up to 6 months, from the drying to the curing (hardening) stage, though during busier periods this timeframe may be a little
longer so that I can honour each stage of the process.

Please note that these products are handcrafted, and so will never be factory perfect! However, my process includes enough time for me to honour each stage of production so that the utmost care is taken. If any imperfections occur, I will sand them and add another resin layer.

Yes! There are 3 updates you will receive. You will receive an email confirming the address and instructions of where to send your flowers. The second will arrive a few weeks after your flowers are dry requesting for the balance. The final update will be to request your address to send your items. I am unable to send videos or photographs of your product on request, as I have a lot of orders to fulfil!

I use one of the best liquids in the industry.

● Temperature control – my studio has heating installed and the temperature is always kept at optimal levels to avoid damage.

● I’m always learning and improving my processes. I perform quarterly reviews on my processes to make sure that I’m doing everything in the best way possible!
